Given the common issues many men suffer, he wanted to offer a solution - Men's Mobility Project was launched.

MYTHS
You have to flexible to do yoga and pilates - Flexibility isn't a requirement, it's one of the benefits. Many men start classes because they're stiff, and regular practice gradually improves mobility and range of motion.
Yoga and pilates is for women - Yoga and pilates were originally developed by men and yoga has been practised by men for thousands of years. Many athletes (including England mens football team) and military personnel use yoga to improve performance and recover from training. Women are just better at looking after themselves!
Yoga and pilates is just stretching - While both improve flexibility, with practice and time both also enhances strength, joint stability and balance. They also improve mental health and body awareness.
Yoga and pilates isn't a real workout - Both develop strength, balance, stability, and endurance. Many styles challenge your muscles in ways traditional gym training doesn't.
I'm too old to start yoga or pilates - It's never too late! Each pose and movement can be adapted for any age, current level of flexibility or fitness, or any previous injuries.
